**Sensible offers welcome - I need the car sold by the weekend**thanks.

You are looking at a beautiful 1972 Triumph Stag V8 (original V8) with 53,950 on the clock with desirable Manual transmission with overdrive.

Having undergone a very recent full service, carburettor balancing, replacement o-rings, new fuel pump replacement/filters, brand new battery, new power steering hoses, engine, gearbox and diff oil change, the car truly is ready and waiting to be driven.

Talking of driving...

She drives like a dream, lovely through the gears (with the all important working overdrive) pulling as you'd expect a V8 to pull. That lovely original Triumph warble purr makes for a very special driving experience. All modifications have been made to ensure none of that niggly over heating worry, all that is taken care of, there is even an after market Ken Lowe secondary fan for extra coolant if you should find yourself stuck in slow moving traffic jams.

As you can see from the photos she's in lovely condition, the beautiful sapphire blue paint work buffs up well and the 15inch mini-lite style alloy wheels top off the look and handling of the car a treat. A real head turner. There's one small paint blister on the bottom of the drivers door, Im sure this could be cut out if wanted by new owner but certainly hasn't worried me. She's been up on a ramp for rust inspection by a classic car specialist based in Gloucestershire and I'm happy to report that there is minimal rust worry.

The soft top roof is only a few years old so in great nic' as the previous owner only drove it to a few car meets each year. Most recent paperwork shows that the car was solely driven to and from the MOT centre... Passing every time of course, but yeah, very little use keeping the mileage low.

The overall condition of the car is ace, its not perfect by all means, if it was, it would be priced in the much higher concourse bracket. But I am comfortable with the pricing I have this car advertised so as to reflect the condition presented. I am happy to send more photos to anyone interested in seeing any particular areas of interest,

Talking of history...

Its been garaged for the 20 years previous to my ownership, with photos and receipts dating back to the 1990s. Most recent service history including new battery warranty dates back to last month.

Why am I selling?...

The usual story, change in circumstance. I could really do with the funds right now. I had hoped to hang on to this beauty for quite a few years (hence the recent investment) but times-they-are-a-changing. It would be great to see this car go to someone who really digs these beautiful works of art, a truly British classic, or as some say, a very British Muscle car! I've really enjoyed driving her around, there really is nothing like the sound of that V8.

So, to round up..

*New full service

*Carburettor service and balance including replacement o-rings

*New fuel pump & filters

*Power steering hoses

*New battery

Any questions? Please do not hesitate in getting in touch.

I am open to sensible offers.
