Lotus Super Seven, came out of the Cheshunt Factory a few miles away, they produced the Lotus Elite, Lotus 7 and Lotus Cortina also the formula 1 cars when Jim Clark was world champion. I used to visit the factory as a child.

I purchased this Super Seven 9 years ago as a restoration project as it was a link to these times that I fondly remember. I have been collecting various OE parts such as wheels, hub caps, rear lamps etc to return the car to OE specification but I will be losing my workshop and will not have time to restore the car.

The mileage is at 38000 and is very likely original as has been stored for many years and has all the original items. The engine (an early Cosworth) ran when I purchased the car and has the twin Weber 40dco carburettors. It comes with an original workshop manual and brochure with keys etc.
