Vehicle history:

The BMW 503 Cabriolet with the aluminum body from Baur was an elaborately manufactured convertible in the luxury class. It was presented together with the 503 Coupé and the BMW 507 at the IAA in 1955. These two models were the top models in the BMW model range. Albrecht Graf von Goertz, who had also designed the 507 Roadster, was commissioned to design the body. From 1956 to 1960, a total of only 412 units were built, including 139 convertibles (81 x Series 1, 58 x Series 2) and 273 Coupés. This Series 2 Cabriolet is a German delivery. The original vehicle registration document is still available. We sold this BMW 6 years ago from a BMW collector to the current owner. He also owns a large BMW collection. This BMW has been moved regularly over the years. The Cabriolet is in a very nice color combination and convinces with its powerful 3.2-liter V8 engine. The new top is black. This BMW was always registered in Germany and has a German “H” license plate.
