PLEASE NOTE : This car has now been SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD.
This is a heart wrenching decision to make but due to long term ill health issues i am selling off my classic car collection so they can be loved and pampered by another custodian who really appreciates these cars.

This ADMIRALTY BLUE with BUCKSKIN interior example is awesome in every way and there is far too much to list on here so if your serious about one and are looking for a superb example of these iconic British classic then please PHONE me for a full description of what is on offer.

I am the 3rd owner from new and she has been loved and pampered all her life retaining beautiful looks and condition patina. Garaged all her life and rust proofed from new with regular top up treatments throughout her 48 year life. NEVER WELDED & NEVER NEEDS WELDING either. Thousands lavished on her pampered upkeep all kept in a file in date and owner order along with a HERITAGE CERTIFICATE and other hand books and P5B books, spare keys and other bits and bobs.

If you are looking for a stunner then here she is all ready and waiting to go NEEDING NOTHING doing to her. I have loved this car and spent a lot on her too so i would like her to go to a good home which she deserves. She is one of the very last cars built and registered on a rare August 1973 M plate number.

Favoured by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11 who owns 2 examples which are both on display @ Gaydon Heritage Museum and previous Prime Ministers of Great Britain such as Margaret Thatcher and Harold Wilson who all loved these cars. These really are a cult classic car and values are on the up all the time for the very best examples out there which have been loved like mine has been. I have been driving her with 2 very high profile people in the back too. I have full size card board models of The Queen and Margaret Thatcher sat in the rear and they go with the car as folk just love to see them both sat in the back seat of what they were driven around in all the time back in the day. In fact it was quite well known that The Queen loved to drive her P5B all the time and it was one of her most desired cars. It now has pride of place in the British Heritage Museum @ Gaydon and last time i looked at it had only 6000 miles on the clock. WOW.!!!

NO TIME WASTERS/SCAMMERS OR DREAMERS PLEASE: This is a very sensitive decision sale along with my classic Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 2 which is equally as immaculate and will be listed in due course. Others in my collection have already been sold earlier this year with great sadness to myself as i had worked long and hard all my life to build up the collection as my hobby and particular love for classic British cars.

You certainly get what you pay for in P5B ownership and YOU WILL BE HARD PUSHED TO FIND ANOTHER EXAMPLE LIKE MINE FOR THIS VERY FAIR ASKING PRICE. Agreed valued insured and examples like mine will just keep going up and up in value in years to come as not many left now in this condition and with a great history file. There is also a very generous new spare parts package included and a bespoke made Rover indoor car cover included with the car as well as a C-Tek battery conditioner charger for when not in use in the FULL ASKING PRICE of the car. YOU WONT GET ANY OF THIS WITH A DEALER THATS FOR CERTAIN.

Genuine enquiries only please. NO TIME WASTERS/SCAMMERS OR DREAMERS. Again prices of these cars are on the up as one has just sold at auction on 13/12/20 for upwards of £45000 so just watch all the dealers selling these cars put their prices up to follow the trend and or try and buy up all the cars being sold. I however will be sticking to my very fair asking price as i am realistic and not a greedy man.

Overwhelming response so If you snooze you lose!! FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. The car is ready to drive away in all respects and still has over half a tank of fuel in her too. I run her on super plus unleaded with no issues as did the previous owners of the car. A new battery has recently been fitted also.

I am confident the first GENUINE & SERIOUS person to see this car will buy it on the spot and drive her away to a new loving home albeit to preserve and protect her condition and safety on todays roads from any potential mishaps i would suggest she be trailered. She is beautiful and unique and i would class her as A1+ close to concour's condition with a lovely patina and super clean all over and underneath and it very clearly shows. I have only ever used this car for classic car shows and nice dry sunny days out for a run. She has never been driven in the wet under my ownership and never will be as i don't like getting my cars dirty. The 2 previous owners were the same minded too which is why this car is a rare survivor. I will miss her along with all my others in my private collection which have already gone and will soon be following. A very sad time for me personally but needs must sadly.

PLEASE NOTE:

Just to clear up any further confusion regarding the sale of this car: I will accept CASH albeit the car will NOT be released until i have deposited the monies in to my bank where they can be checked and verified as REAL and then arrangements can be made to have the car collected OR the easiest and safest method is via BANK TRANSFER which again once verified as secured in my account the car will be released. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you wish to know about the car during this current lockdown period then please feel free to ring me for chat. Cryptic text messages from unknown numbers will just be ignored from now on.

We are currently experiencing poor phone/internet signal in our area at the moment so if you do call and it goes to voice mail please leave your name and number and with a short message and i will call you back.

Thanks.

THIS CAR IS NOW SOLD AND WILL SOON ON HER WAY TO HER LOVING NEW LADY OWNER WHO LIKE MYSELF HAS ALWAYS WANTED ONE OF THESE CARS TO LOVE AND CHERISH.

These are personal favourites with us. Magnificently British they formed a part of Government and Royal fleets throughout their production. So much importance was placed upon their usability by the Government that they ordered and stored a number of these cars for use long after production ended. The Queens example si
