Just in, hard to find Healey 100/4 1956 BN2 for restoration. Its all there except the seats. Originally a black car with red interior which is a very desirable colour combination from the factory added to desirable 4 speed with overdrive transmission. The car came from a storage barn in Maryland along with several other Healey's and had been stored for 30 + years.

The pictures tell the story, outer panels are rough but most will be usable (except drivers front wing) with the normal lower repair panels fitted. The boot lid and bonnet have seen better days, but usable replacements can be found on eBay. I think that most people would replace the chassis as part of the full rebuild and although its rusty its fairly solid, but there's only one part that needs serious work. New chassis are available at very reasonable cost from several suppliers nowadays, but if your a good metal guy then this section should not be too difficult to repair.

The engine is complete and untouched, but seized from 30+ years in a barn, I have not tried to unstick it as it will be in for rebuilding anyway, the gearbox selects all gears and has overdrive as standard.

There's not much more to say as it will be stripped and rebuilt anyway, but its got all its parts (except seats) so a really good starting point and its a rare car, difficult to find these and in a rare factory black and red colour combination.

I have sold plenty of Healey's and always describe what I see as fairly as possible and have never had anyone say otherwise. I don't NEED to sell it , but I want to sell it. I have others on the way, but no BN2's...these don't come up very often!!
