Replica Ford Model A based on International Harvester Scout - built by Glassic Industries from West Palm Beach, Florida.

Glassic Industries Inc, was a US-American automobile manufacturer based in Palm Beach, Florida from 1966 to 1976. The company was founded by Jack Faircloth and his son Joel as Glassic Industries, Inc. in West Palm Beach.

From 1966 the replica of a two-door Ford Model A-Roadster based on the International Harvester Scout was introduced. The car had the four-cylinder in-line engine of the International with 2488 cm³ displacement and a power of 93 bhp (68 kW) at 4400 min-1. The wheelbase was 2540 mm.

During the entire construction period (from 1966 to 1988), approx. 1, 600 replicas of the Ford Model A were built.

This vehicle offered here was probably built in autumn 1972: It still has the engine of the Int. Harvester Scout but has already put the new company name (Glassic Industries instead of Classic Motors) on a sticker. It is number 426 (from 432 on Ford V-8 engines were used).

Upholstery: black leather
