The Jaguar 340 Mk 2 is a mid-size luxury sports model built from late 1959 to 1967 by Jaguar in Coventry, England. Previous 2. 4-liter and 3. 4-liter Jaguar models made between 1955 and 1959 are identified as the Jaguar Mark 1.

The Mk 2 was a fast and capable model, in line with Sir William Lyons' advertising slogan of the 1950s: "Grace ... Space ... Peace", available with all three versions of the Jaguar XK6 I. 6 advanced engine. , 2. 4, 3. 4 and 3. 8 liters.

Production of the 3. 8 model ended in the (northern) fall of 1967, with reduced sales of the 3. 4 model continuing at 340 until September 1968 and 2. 4 at 240 until April 1969.

One of the 2788 productions made by Jaguar in a short time, this 340 model kept the grace that Sir William Lyons was talking about.
