Interesting DB7 Vantage V12 manual that has been converted by a previous owner to GT spec for fast road/ track use.

Surprisingly fast and capable car, far more agile than you might expect a DB7 to be!

I bought the car with damage to the floor which I had repaired using a section from another DB7 body shell (not just bits of steel plate) and as such it is recorded as an insurance total loss.

Previously had lots of work done by and advertised for sale by Scott Automotive for £40k, however I am pricing it at what I consider to be much more realistic.

Below is the text from their advert in 2019...

"This DB7 has recently been updated to a GT/ track day cruiser by us for our customer. On receiving the car, we gave it a comprehensive service and repaired any issues the car had. While this was being undertaken, our customer requested that we upgrade the car to be as close to the rare GT spec of the DB7 as possible, including the full brake system with the addition of cooling ducts, steering upgrade and engine mounts. An up-rated power steering cooler was fitted as under bonnet temperatures can raise the fluid to it's max on a big car like this. The exterior colour was changed by the previous owner to the classic Aston Martin racing green and orange racing accent colours; these were removed and after a few different choices we looked into, the classic yellow nose was settled on. We also took a racing spec upgraded grill and fitted it deeper into the front of the car for a more subtle and aggressive look. A lot of the original interior had been removed previously, so some heated, carbon backed, Cobra Misano Anniversary seats were chosen with a Bentley style cross stitch and the Aston badge details to complement the look. Some orignal parts of the rear seats were also re-trimmed. The standard seat belts are still retained as well as some five point TRS harnesses. These can easily be removed if required. A Parrot bluetooth system was installed and the original passenger airbag area was modified to hinge down to mount an iPad, to give one of the best sat-nav systems we’ve ever used. Finally, a Momo Prototipo steering wheel really finishes off the cabin. A recent set of superb Yokohama AD08 R tyres are fitted to the car. A replacement stainless performance exhaust system has made the internal noise level much more pleasant, but still when pushed makes an unmistakably Aston Martin V12 noise. The car has now covered 68, 505 miles. Personal viewing is essential, but please do not expect a 2 year old Aston, this has been used over the last 5, 000 miles as a fast European GT car and a track day toy. The car does have some marks on the paint work and the wheels also have some marks on the rims (but are straight and true)."
