The Humber Hawk exudes a true sense of regalness when out on the road that modern cars have lost and they are a pleasure to drive.
This example is a Series lV Manual with Overdrive and was registered new to the Humber Factory in Coventry in October 1964. They kept it for 19 months until it was sold it to its first private owner when it had covered 12720 miles.
This owner from Great Missenden kept it for nearly five years until January 1971 and during this period he kept it fully maintained as shown in the full service record in the history file.
It was then acquired by its second private owner in Romford. It then stayed in Romford with the same family, being registered to both the husband and wife, for 45 years until 2016.
The documentation file contains the current V5, the original Green Log Book, the current MOT certificate, previous MOT certificates, the full Service History Folder containing 34 Service Sheets detailing work completed during the early life of the car and numerous invoices for parts purchased recently.
The car has an MOT until June 2018 and 12 months Free Historic Road Tax can be arranged for the new owner if required. The milometer reading is 10833 but this will not be correct.
Prospective buyers are welcome to come and view the car in our Leeds showroom.
