An original and standard MK 2 Austin Mini Cooper 1275 S in excellent condition.
I have owned this car since September 2010. Originally supplied in lhd for American export market but since professionally converted to rhd for use back in the uk. Between 1986 and 1993 it was subject to a complete bare shell rebuild at Cambridgeshire specialists Walden Engineering, the aim throughout to maintain originality, in addition to bodywork the engine was taken back to "as new" condition, all suspension sub frames etc. were rebuilt and the whole assembly treated with anti rust treatment. The mileage on completion was 94,445 it is now only 95,995, during the time i have owned the car it has been kept mainly in my heated garage. It is in exceptionally clean condition.
It requires no work to my knowledge, although MOT exempt I am very happy to put it through an MOT test for the buyer if required.
It comes with a Heritage Certificate from The National Motor Museum.
First registered on 16/08/1968 the car is 50 years old and has had 6 former keepers in that period.
