|1959 Royal Enfield clipper 250 M.O.T. & Road Tax Exempt,In outstanding condition with no issues at all except a small dent on the front mudguard Starts easy, runs very nice, stops straight and effortlessly, all gears select up and down with ease along with a nice light clutch action, everything works as it should ie charging system/lights/brakes and so on. The Motorcycle has had a TOTAL nut and bolt photographed and documented restoration complimented with a box file full of history and over 140 invoices totalling over £4,000 mostly from Hitchcock's, the motorcycle has covered approximately 2,000 miles since restoration. Oil changed and serviced every year or 500/700 miles whatever came sooner Oil filter changed every 2nd year, the number plate is not transferable. Any inspection welcome, Viewing is a must as I would think the first person that sees it would buy. I have owned this motorcycle for over three years and its been a pleasure to use on sunny days & to maintain/ tinker/polish, I have bought a larger capacity classic that needs quite a bit of work as I do more tinkering than riding now so I am selling my little clipper in the hope she gets used/shown as she should.The motorcycle will be Sold on an as seen basis as she is 58 years old.|
