Rare 1956 150cc Vespa manufactured in the UK by Douglas under licence granted by Piaggio. The scooter was entirely restored in Italy by Vespa specialist Maurizio Batella (do look him up!) utilising only original new old stock parts and is in mint condition.
Built by Piaggio & Co in Pontedera, Tuscany, Italy, the Vespa 150 MK1 (VBA) was introduced in 1958 and 72,003 were built before being replaced by the MK2 (VBB) in 1960. This model enjoyed great success, .....
