Land Rover 2a For Sale (1969)
|Due to requiring a more family freindly Land Rover my 2a 88" is for sale. A quick overview is as follows. |
write off road noise matting in the cab
disc brakes front axle (Range Rover hubs)
lwb twin leading shoe arrangement on the back axle
twin line brake system
Inertia reel seat belts
will be sold with a pair of insa turbo tyres on the back and range masters on the front
retains original features working hand throttle, correct rear lights, deep vanity sills,correct door hinges, tex magna indicator, headlight dip switch on the floor, proper series radiator, etc
It has a discovery jockey seat in the back far more comfortable than the old bench seat.
I set out to sort the little Land Rover into a properly usable example. I've had it for two years now and have complete confidence in it. It may not be the prettiest but all that's left to do is paint it. I haven't troubled I find shiny things attract the wrong attention.
