Our Triumph has been owned by the same circle of friends in East Anglia for nearly 45 years, original miles. Six years ago benefited from an entire restoration (body and mechanical), at a cost of over 12,000 pounds (literally no expense spared).Special regard for original patina is much admired. A substantial file of bills and MOT's are available spanning 45 years, as well as the body and chassis restoration and photos, which was carried out by a well regarded Triumph restoration specialist workshop. Triumph Vitesse 6 – Very Original with Overdrive
The Triumph Herald was launched in 1959 and, like the Spitfire, was designed by Giovanni Michelotti. The upmarket Vitesse was introduced in May 1962 and was an immediate success delivering a four seat saloon with sports car performance.
1968,2ltr with overdrive in Canary yellow. Chassis and body in good rust free condition. Stainless steel exhaust, minilite alloy wheels, battery isolator fitted.
