The proposed car is a Healey 3000 BT7 Mk 1 from 1961. The car has been delivered new in the United States. A relatively rare item on the Healey, it is in its original Colorado Red configuration, with black hard-top and rims plates. She is also matching numbers.
The current owner acquired this car in 2011. She has since been followed by the Steel Motors Home garage in Bois-Colombes, with whom we are working on the English cars. In addition to the routine maintenance of the car, notable interventions have focused on the replacement of silent blocks, suspension blades, shock absorbers, exhaust, refit and adjustment of carburetors, ... A complete overhaul of the gearbox was also carried out in 2013, with replacement of the clutch. The car is equipped with an additional Kenlowe fan.
The car is in perfect working order. The engine starts a quarter turn, the car is very pleasant to drive. The gearbox suffers no defects.
The bodywork presents very correctly. The painting is of good quality.
The car is currently mounted with a side exhaust, it will be delivered with an original exhaust in addition, as well as the original bumpers of the car.
