MGA 1500 Roadster, first registered in 1957 in the USA. Left-hand-drive and currently registered in France.
Bodywork, mechanics and interior in very good condition (perfectionists may want to change the chrome). Ready to enjoy, with reconditioned engine (2000 miles since), new wiring harness and complete new braking system. The dashboard has also been renovated and repainted.
Many other new parts, including:
- Vredestein tyres
- Halogen headlights
- Radiator and electric fan
- Fuel pump
- Ignition system
- Steering wheel (original style)
I bought the car in 2009 in Scotland from its previous owner who had imported the car from the US in 1990 (I have also the US registration document from the period). In 1998, the previous owner had a bodywork restoration done by a professional restorer. I have many bills, from the 1990s to today.
45000 miles on the clock, but obviously not representative given the age of the car.
The car can be seen near Nice in the South of France.
