Lot 89

A circa 1938 Levis SP5, unregistered, engine number HT491 32078, black. During their short production life (1911-1940) the Levis company gained an enviable reputation for quality and performance. They had significant successes during the 1920s in the Isle of Man TT races taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the 1920 Junior TT amongst other noteworthy successes. From a deceased estate this late 1930s example has been restored to a great extent but still requires final fettling including the fitting of a headlamp and painting of the petrol tank. Unfortunately there is no accompanying paperwork except an owner's handbook and so any prospective purchaser will have to apply for a new registration document from DVLA. No accompanying paperwork

£5000-6000 + 13. 2% Buyers premium (including 20% VAT)
