Rudge-Wheels, rare colour „Polyantha Red” (only produced in 1956), excellent condition!
This Porsche 356 A 1600 Speedster was built in september of 1956 and then commissioned to the New Yorker Porsche Center “Hofmann”. The 356 remained a long time in the US until it was bought in 1996 by an Englishman who restored the car and brought it to Great Britain.
Since the year 2010, this Porsche is back on German ground. In the years 2011/2012, the car was extremely complex (alone the bodywork took over 1700 hours) restored and brought back into its delivery-condition. The restoration is very well documented with many pictures and invoices.
A condition-report from 2015 confirms the unbelievable state of this Speedster.
In 2016, the whole engine was once again taken apart and completely revised
