1956 BSA B34 Alloy Clipper (Gold Star) 500 c.c. For Sale

The B34 Alloy Clipper is one of BSA's rarest bikes from the 1950's with only c800 manufactured between 1956 and 1957. Primarily for off road competition use, most went to the USA/ Australia although a few (including this one) remained in the UK.

As can be seen, the engine, frame and cycle parts are heavily influenced by the BB34 Gold Star. The Clipper was designed by BSA to use up spare parts left over when they stopped making the BB34 GS model and introduced the CB34 GS.

This bike has undergone a ground up restoration over several years and has covered less than 1 mile. It will require to be properly run in.

Engine:   BB34A xxx (500cc - full rebuild)
Frame:   CB34 xxx

The bike was campaigned off road in Scotland during the 1950's and 1960's. I registered it for the road last year and have the V5c (in my name) plus dating certificates for the engine and frame from the BSA Owners Club.

Additional photos plus video of the bike running can be made available on request.
