Manufactured in November 1976. Historic registered and tax exempt.
Only 65,000 miles from new.
This is one of only 22 surviving cars with the rare automatic gearbox. (According to the ‘How many are left’ website) These cars are extremely collectable and useable classics.
This particular vehicle was dry stored by it’s elderly lady owner for 10 years and has undergone a very thorough re-commissioning process to bring it back to it’s former glory. Works include:
4 new tyres
New Cab mounting rubbers
Wax stat carb conversion
New starter motor
Full Engine service
New brake shoes
New voltage regulator
New indicator flasher unit
New rear exhaust
New fuel tank sender unit
Mot’d until October 2018
The bodywork is in very good condition. There are a few minor blemishes and the car has had paintwork, but it’s a solid car that appears to have had no welding. The sills, doors, boot floor, wheel arches are all in first class condition. The interior is outstanding. It would be hard to find a car with a better interior than this one. It has a factory fitted sunroof that works perfectly and the headlining is also in fantastic condition.
I believe the mileage to be genuine, as there are old MOT certificates in the history file.
This is a genuine, unmolested low mileage car and great value at only £4,500.00.
