Cette alliance avec Chenard & Walcker donne naissance à la Delahaye 107 étudiée par Amédée Varlet et Jean François.

Pendant les négociations, un nouveau véhicule est étudié sous la direction technique de l'ingénieur Amédée Varlet, le prototype est testé dans les Alpes et réceptionné au service des mines le 16 septembre 1926.

La production de la Delahaye 107 démarre effectivement début 1927.

Au salon de 1927, la Delahaye 107 donne naissance à la 107 M , fruit des accords avec Chenard & Walcker, elle résulte d'une mise à jour et d'une harmonisation des gammes respectives.

La Delahaye 107 sera produite à 514 exemplaires.

Le prototype en 1925, une pré-série de 14 en 1926 et enfin la production de 499 exemplaires en 1927.

8 personnes peuvent prendre place dans cette Torpedo, la voiture est tournante et elle fonctionne bien, l'intérieur a été refait et la capote est neuve.
