For sale is my Austin/Morris Marina Camper which I have owned since 2014 and has not been on the road since the 80s (still has old style logbook from that period), I bought the camper to attend classic car shows around England giving me somewhere to kip for the night if I needed to. I bought it with a new MOT but when the vehicle went through our Governments stringent examination so that it could be registered here on the Isle of Man, a number of flaws were identified, all of which have been attended to, namely:
Drivers side sill
Tie Rod bushes
Eye bushes for rear leaf springs
Front wheel bearings
Replacement Fuel Tank
Rear Exhaust Silencer section
Both front floor pans
Rear Shock Absorbers.
So as you can see a considerable amount of time and money has been afforded the little camper, however during my 4 years of ownership I have bought a VW T2 Camper which is more usable with a bit more room so this one has been put on the back burner, so the little one will have to go. She has not been on the road since my ownership so only transport mileage since the last UK MOT and does still need some work to finish off (mainly cosmetic) even though she is in a much better condition to when I bought her. I realise viewing will prove difficult but I am happy to take additional photographs to assist, but be in no doubt there will be some work to do before she is put back on the road, New battery, fresh fuel and a new fuel tank sender has just been fitted and she now starts on the button so that she can be driven on and off the ferry onto a trailer or low loader to convey, the brakes have recently been adjusted but now need some use before perhaps adjusting again, and new track rod ends fitted as I noticed one of the rubbers looked a bit perished. I can probably help with getting her to the docks for the ferry but only after the new owner is fully satisfied with her and payment has been made in full. I am open to reasonable offers and any inspection is welcome.
