1969 BSA A65 Lightning Old School Chopper.
Built in the USA, reputedly by Ron Finch, many years ago.
It starts easily and sounds good/loud (no silencers, straight through pipes).
Historic vehicle registered on an age related plate, free road tax and no mot required.

Built 1965 registered 1966, (This model was shipped out from the factory as an A65 Lightning Rocket in July 1965). this motorcycle has been in good air condition storage for some time, runs very well, matching numbers, both log books, lots of history paperwork, paint work as you can see is very nice, .....
A useable classic BSA, single carb model with enclosed chain and full mudguards.
Recently recommissioned after storage this is a great opportunity if you want a bike to use and enjoy or a project to improve.

Beautiful first year of the A65.
Rebuilt after previous owner had started to cut it up to make as "Street Scrambler" luckily he gave up.
Previous owner said he had rebuilt engine with SRM oil pump and relief valve,no receipts for rebuild but the way it rides would suggest was rebuilt. Mileage .....
