Best lap time just 1,6 sec after the winner Tom Kristensen !

The 427 big block was built by and refreshed .....
originally built from an unmolested road car in 2003, raced from 2004, fully restored in 2014 with minor development and little use since.

The Ford GT40 was the answer from Henry Ford to the motorsport domination of Ferrari. Developed from the Lola Mk6 and using the 289 ci Ford V8 engine, the car was ready for its first race in May 1964. These early attempts were not very succesful due to reliability problems, and Carroll Shelby was hired .....

Ford Cortina MK1 2 door 1965.

The Escort Mk1 RS1600 was one of the most succesful racecars ever made by Ford. The famous twin cam engine was used in many sportscars in the early seventies, and was a very competitive engine
in many classes.
