The Alvis Speed 20 SA now offered for sale at The Classic Motor Hub (chassis number 10157) left the works and was sent to Vanden Plas where it was fitted with the open tourer coachwork you see today, body number 1959. Finished in April 1933, the car was sent down to Harris & Day in Cardiff and registered .....

This beautiful Alvis Firebird DHC was supplied new by Haines and Strange of Cheltenham on the 3rd July 1936. BDD 744 boasts the beautiful Cross and Ellis DHC body and we are told only 25 of the 97 Firebird's manufactured with this body are said to survive. The first owner was Mr W Rust in Cheltenham .....

Alvis TA21 1953
NJJ 582 was supplied by Brooklands of Bond Street in March 1953 to Mr Hardy of Bexley Kent. I have the original buff Log Book. It is a unique classic car due to it’s relative rarity, quality build and performance.
My wife and I own a number of classic cars and this was a model .....
Part restored with many new parts already installed. Work already undertaken includes fitting new body panels, starter motor and clutch. The steering box has been rebuilt and leather seats recovered in top quality hide with spare to re - trim interior. There are more spares which will be included, too .....

The 12/50 was withdrawn between 1929 and 1930 when the company decided that the future lay with the front-wheel drive FD and FE models, but when these did not reach the hoped for volumes a final version of the 12/50 was announced for the 1931 .....
This fabulous Alvis Speed 20 SA is one of only a handful of early Speed 20 tourers over the years to have been converted to a 4.3 litre engine.
The car was first registered on 17th February 1933, and amongst its previous owners, it belonged to Ernest Shenton - a well-known Alvis man at that time. .....
This beautiful car is recently build / restored by Carrosseriebouw Jansen from Wesepe, the Netherlands.
All work done to a very high standard, in total of 1743 labour hours ! All invoices are on file.
