This Rover 12 sports tourer is one of approximately 200 produced in 1947 by APA Panelcraft of Coventry on the Rover saloon chassis. We believe there are only about 35 left worldwide.

I think it was about 2008 or 2009 my friend and I were in Birmingham to visit a carfair , after that we went also to the rover museum. we saw there a single seater Rover ( from the rover company ) which was restored. We liked the model but not the color ( british racing green, but to light )
