The venue is 2 grassed fields which are regularly used for Car Boot
Sales - Post Code SP11 8EA - Weyhill, Andover. We have our standard
Rotary Public Immunity Insurances and there are /will be adequate
toilets & First Aid. All areas will be controlled with Hi Vized
Marshalls. Entrants will be allocated arrival times to minimise queues..
The display area will be separated from the jumblers, food & other
stalls. Visitor parking is in the adjacent fenced field with separate
road access.
The event is a Car & Motor Bike Show. We are in the planning stage so
still have to clarify the categories. We are aiming for 100+ cars & 25+
bikes We anticipate a footfall of 2000+ from nearby Andover weather
permitting.
It is intended to be an annual event (in time replacing, the WYKE DOWN,
Andover event.
