Cars in the Claydons invites you to the ultimate motoring garden party on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th August 2019. Park within the stunning settling of Claydon Estate Gardens and enjoy a picnic on a Summer weekend with friends, family and automobiles. Hosted by the Claydon Estate, Cars in the Claydons has established itself as a ‘must visit’ motoring event. The relaxing garden party atmosphere provides the perfect backdrop for a fun day out with all the family. This weekend also caters for the two-wheel enthusiasts with the added attraction of a competitive motorcycle trial taking place on both days. New for 2019 we are introducing competition categories for vehicles parked within the Premium Garden Display and Show Vehicle areas. All entrants must be present, and registered, by 11am and the winners will be announced at 2pm each day. There is an entry fee of £5.00 per category. The categories are: The Claydon Cup (Concourse Competition), Largest Club Participation, Best Shine, Best Interior, Best Engine, Best Paint, Best Engineered, Longest Distant Travelled, Best Debut, Lowest Ground Clearance, The Claydon Estate’s Choice, Hard Luck Award (free entry!) For the 2019 show we are gathering together a diverse selection of car clubs which will benefit from having dedicated parking as well as a discounted entry.
