1930 Delage D8 Figoni
For sale, Delage D8 Figoni, Series C. 110 hp, 4.061 cc, inline eight-cylinder engine, three-speed manual transmission, solid front axle with semi-elliptic leaf springs, live rear axle with semi-elliptic leaf springs, and four-wheel drum brakes. Wheelbase: 3,300 mm.
La toute première Delage fut une 9cv (type A) motorisée par un monocylindre de la marque De Dion.
Plus tard arriva un modèle quatre cylindres de 9 CV, puis une 12 CV et une six cylindres de 2588 CC.
La Delage DI est présentée au Salon de Paris en 1923 et elle vient remplacer la type DE.
This car, chassis 2LCV, was first entered in the 1923 French GP at Tours but failed to complete its debut race. Driven by top French ace Rene Thomas it led briefly but the experimental 2 litre V12 engine expired on lap 5. Maurice Bequet purchased the car from Delage in 1924 and installed a Hispano-Suiza .....

the body has the 2 front original fenders (one with metal sheet to try a figoni style, but the fender is not modified), and the front grill. the original bulkhead is there .....
