This is a very rare classic kit car convertible, it is a Banham X99, based on a 1995 Rover Metro, 1120cc, so it is very cheap to run tax insurance etc. this makes it ideal as a second fun car. It was my intention to put a 1.5 diesel in for even more economy, it has had thousands spent .....
