Well, here is a rare beast… a 1956 Ariel HS sidecar combination, fitted with a 1950 Watsonian International Competition swept-tail chair.

A very original unmolested example. 3 owners from new, with all the tinware present, including original airbox.
New rear tyre and new good quality chain fitted. Magneto and dynamo rebuilt at a cost of over £500 (receipt available). The reg number is not transferable.

For those that know, this is a rare bike and very original. 1939 is the only year a Square Four was fitted with a centre stand, the Lucas MT1130 rear light and snail cam chain adjustment. Missing its toolbox ,horn and headlamp. It has many of the hard to find parts including original panel lamp. .....
This Arrow has been totally rebuilt from a dismantled bike by its previous owner 10 years ago and stored in a shed. Every part has either been rebuilt or replaced new, all engine, electrics, running gear, paintwork etc. Total cost approx.£3500 + labour has been invested in this to get it in the condition .....

This fine old gentleman was dispatched from the Ariel factory on the 2nd of May 1957 to Robert Bevan & Son, Cardiff. This attractive tele/rigid model was sent fronm the factory to Barton Motors, Bristol on 14th September 1951. A motorcycle we have handled previously & are pleased to be able to offer it for sale once again. Comes with a Copy of the Entry in the Ariel Works Dispatch book, assorted invoices/receipts, .....
Originally registered on the 3rd of February 1955. One of 5 Ariels that have come to us from their last owner, an Essex based retired engineer. This example was in his hands from 2005 during which time it has been extensively refurbished to a good standard. Comes with a DVLA V5C registration document .....

A nice & tidy example of Ariel's Super Sport Arrow, known as the a 'Golden Arrow' due to the gold painted finish. This machine has lived in the Northampton since at least 2004, the last owner was using the bike, but ill health has forced a sale. Comes with an older V5C, the latest DVLA V5C registration .....
Originally registered on the 15th of April 1959, this Leader is from the second year of production. The last Lincolnshire owner had owned the bike since 2015, during which time he spent money, mainly on the mechanics of the machine (see last photograph of invoices/receipts). This pleasant lightweight Ariel is a local machine & still retains it's Essex issued registration mark of 86 APU. The ia a machine on a budget that starts, runs & rides. The new owner will need to do a few tweeks (i.e. speedometer & brake light switch) before going on the road, hence the low price. .....
