This brilliant Marcos is an unmolested car and has never been raced. I believe I am the 3rd owner. The previous owner was a ship's engineer who kept it for 40 years in the north east of England until his passing during which time he did a body off restoration including a new steel chassis.

1993 Mantara Spider in Avus Blue - chassis number 4.
Only 12500 miles - body off resto six years ago , been in a collection since.
Chassis was blasted - Zinc etch primed and two coats gloss black. Polybushed suspension with adjustable dampers - rear lamps upgraded at the rebuild.
We have here something rather unusual.
It's a genuine Mini Marcos MK III shell, made with the last surviving Mini Marcos Ltd moulds. The actual moulds came from Brian Raubenheimer, who was active in supplying these cars in South Africa.
All the brackets are genuine Mini Marcos Ltd, and are made .....
